Dr. Hromco has focused his career on advancing the health of our communities through strong organizational development, advancing technology, quality improvement, and effective training of our workforce in health and human services.
Throughout his 30 years of management and operations experience, Dr. Hromco has seen how technology can advance (or hinder!) the healthcare field. He is Chief Clinical Officer for ClinicallyAI, a company bringing AI-powered solutions for behavioral health workflows.
Dr. Hromco is Assistance Professor in Pacific University's School of Graduate Psychology, with a focus on ethics, social psychology, emotions, and health psychology. He's als a sought-after trainer on multiple topics relevant to advancing health care and human services.
His first book, "Sticky Situations: Solutions for Challenging Problems in Psychotherapy" is due out in late 2026, published by Bloomsbury Publishing.
