Heatherington Foundation Board

Dr. Hromco serves on the Board for the Heatherington Foundation for Innovation and Education in Health Care. This Oregon foundation builds strategic partnerships and funds bold initiatives to expand healthcare access, advance medical education, and uplift underserved communities. The focus is "upstream", extending beyond traditional care, while fostering innovation in healthcare delivery, workforce development, and community wellness. Dr. Hromco serves as Chair of the Gifts Committee in addition to Board responsibilities.

This compliments his many years on the Board for FamilyCare Health Plans, which began as an innovative health care organization and now focuses on innovative policy reform. The focus is on systemic improvements that promote whole-person care, lower costs, encourage early intervention, and produce better health outcomes.
